DESCRIPTION:University of Oregon College of Design Summer SAIL: Let Art Do the Talking\nOrganized by University of Oregon College of Design \nEligibility: To qualify to participate\, a student must be an Oregon resident enrolled in high school who meets at least one of the following criteria: \n\nLow-income: Your family qualifies for State Aid such as SNAP\, TANF\, FDPIR\, WIC\, etc.\nFirst-generation college student: Your parent(s) or guardian(s) did not complete a 4-year college or university degree\nDiverse or underrepresented background: From diverse and or underrepresented backgrounds as defined by individuals who feel not proportionally represented. A few examples are; women in STEM\, students who are a part of the BIPOC community\, students with disabilities\, etc.\nUnaccompanied youth: In state custody\, foster care\, homeless\, or not living with family\n\nService Area: Eugene/Springfield (students from outside this area can apply for the residential/overnight program and stay on campus)\nTopic: Architecture\, Landscape Architecture\, Product Design\, Art\, and more\nProgram Type: Week-long summer program – daytime and residential/overnight options\nCost: Free \nApply by May 24\n
