DESCRIPTION:mesa day 2025\nHosted by Oregon MESA \nWe are so excited to announce MESA’s culminating event of the year: MESA Day 2025\, happening on Friday\, May 16th 2025!  The event is an opportunity for all of our middle and high school students to engage in hands-on competition\, career exploration\, and college preparation.   \nAfter showcasing their projects last month at Demo Day\, our young inventors will travel from all over the state to the Portland State University campus from to participate in engineering challenges centered around the theme of Climate Action: Designing for Environmental Sustainability\, meet inspiring STEM professionals\, visit college booths\, and showcase their annual projects. \nWhile MESA Day isn’t open to the public\, we hope you will join us as a volunteer during the event on May 16th and on the days leading up to it! Joining us as a volunteer is the perfect way to support our mission of a more equitable STEM future and get a front row seat to witness our students’ ingenuity! You can bring your company or organization to MESA Day and join us with your team\, or you can explore the wide variety of individual roles and shifts we are offering our MESA volunteers.
