DESCRIPTION:You are invited to an event celebrating the hard work of our 2018-19 Architects in Schools students in the Salem area! This is the culminating event of the season\, where participating students exhibit the work they have completed during their Architects in Schools residencies. \n  \nThis Architects in Schools season was another huge success\, reaching 5\,400 students across the state of Oregon. Over 160 design and building professionals have spent over 3\,500 volunteer hours in classrooms this year\, educating students on the built environment and the process of designing and building communities. \n  \nPlease join us at the Salem Keizer Education Foundation on June 5 from 5:00-7:30pm to view the students’ work. Participating classes will be exhibiting their final projects on May 23 at the Salem Keizer Education Foundation in Downtown Salem. The student’s work will remain on display until June 3. This will be the culminating event of the 2017-2018 Architects in Schools program in Salem! The exhibit is free and open to the public.
