DESCRIPTION:AFO is pleased to introduce a new series of events that highlight the positive social impact of architecture in the community. This summer\, explore three stellar nonprofit headquarters recently designed by Oregon architecture firms. You’ll have a chance to hear from each organization’s leader\, learn about their missions and discover how the spaces were designed to enhance each unique vision. Tours\, mingling and nibbles will follow. \n  \nThe first event of the three part series: \nWhat are the latest innovations in designing for individuals with varied abilities? Find out at Seven Corners Collaborative\, recently designed by Waterleaf Architecture for Community Vision in SE Portland. The workspace for Community Vision and five nonprofit partners fosters innovation and collaboration while providing support and services for individuals with intellectual\, physical and developmental disabilities.
