The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Portland Professionals was excited to offer our fourth scholarship cycle. This year we awarded four (4) academic scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each to eligible high school graduates and college students who show exemplary academic goals and a strong commitment to positively impacting community.
Our mission is to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Black/African American High School graduate and current college students.
- Have lived in Oregon or currently attending college in Oregon.
- Have an interest, or currently majoring in STEM fields.
