Eligibility: To qualify to participate, a student must be an Oregon resident enrolled in high school who meets at least one of the following criteria:

Low-income: Your family qualifies for State Aid such as SNAP, TANF, FDPIR, WIC, etc.
First-generation college student: Your parent(s) or guardian(s) did not complete a 4-year college or university degree
Diverse or underrepresented background: From diverse and or underrepresented backgrounds as defined by individuals who feel not proportionally represented. A few examples are; women in STEM, students who are a part of the BIPOC community, students with disabilities, etc.
Unaccompanied youth: In state custody, foster care, homeless, or not living with family

Service Area: Eugene/Springfield (students from outside this area can apply for the residential/overnight program and stay on campus)
