About: NOMA PDX’s 3-day Architecture Summer Camp is designed to introduce middle school students to architecture.

Over the course of the program, middle school students explore architecture and design using the tools and practices such as sketching, diagramming, research, site visits, drawing, and model making, to create a fully realized project that addresses a community-focused issue. Students are guided and mentored by local architects, designers, and community members to develop skills and tools to contribute to their community critically and constructively.
