Lunch at Cascade Head

Explore under-the-radar but notable architecture, concentrated in the Cascade Head Scenic Research Area just north of Lincoln City! Rendez-vous at 11 a.m. at Cascade Head Ranch’s Walter Gordon-designed River House, located at the confluence of the Salmon River and the Pacific Ocean. Continue your tour to Van Evera Bailey’s Bledsoe Cottage. And then, convene for lunch at 12:30 in a newly restored Cascade Head Pole House, originally designed in 1968 by Bill Church. Architects Heidi Beebe and Doug Skidmore are your hosts. Allow 2 hours driving time from Portland.
